John Wells King is a principal in the Law Office of John Wells King, PLLC. He is a native Nebraskan, UN-L graduate, and veteran FCC lawyer, having practiced inside the Washington Beltway for nearly 40 years. John relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, in 2011, where he continues to serve his clients in federal regulatory matters. John is a co-author of the Political Advertising Handbook for the Television Sales Executive, published by TVNewsCheck, and the Political Advertising Handbook for the Radio Account Executive, published by the RAB.

Josh Pollack - NAB Government Relations
Josh currently serves as Vice President, Government Relations, for the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB). Prior to joining NAB, Josh served as Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs at the White House, from 2010 until January 2017. An attorney, he was President Obama’s primary liaison to dozens of U.S. Senators from both parties, as well as the Senate Judiciary and Commerce Committees. He also guided hundreds of the President’s nominees through the Senate confirmation process, including nominees for the Supreme Court and Attorney General. Earlier in his career, Josh served for six years as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Paul Sarbanes, and clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Raymond Dearie, in the Eastern District of New York. Josh also practiced law for several years in the Washington office of King & Spalding, representing public and private corporations in a variety of litigation and antitrust matters. He graduated from Princeton University, cum laude, and received his law degree from Georgetown.

Currently the Senior Vice President, Business Development, for TVB, Brian’s background includes over 20 years in marketing and advertising. Prior to joining iHeartMedia, Dan was a Senior Vice President at Interactive One, part of the Radio One (now Urban One) family of companies. Dan oversaw the digital platforms of the company’s 50+ radio stations. Prior to joining Urban One, Dan was Director of Digital Media at WCBS-TV, New York, the flagship station of the CBS Television Stations Group. While there, he shepherded wcbstv.com from fifth place to first place among local TV news websites in the nation’s largest media market. He helped other CBS O&O TV stations across the country enhance their digital strategies. He also served as an executive producer for WCBS-TV News. Dan’s career includes many years in radio management. He was news director/assistant program director at WTMJ-AM in Milwaukee and news director at KTTS-AM/FM in his hometown of Springfield, MO.
